Return and Refund Policy
All merchandise sold through the Involving Music store is made to order on demand by our UK production partner. Because each item is individually produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before placing your order.
We will, however, accept returns and issue a full refund or free replacement in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or faulty
- The item is misprinted, mislabelled or defective
- The wrong item or size was sent
How to request a return or refund
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@involvingmusic.com with the following information:
1. Your order number
2. A clear description of the issue
3. Photographs showing the fault or error
We will respond within 3 working days to advise on the next steps. Where a return is required, items should be sent to: Involving Music, Highway Cottage, Watergore, South Petherton, TA13 5JQ.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take 5-10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have not received your order
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow 28 days from your dispatch notification before contacting us, as delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occur with third-party couriers. Contact us at hello@involvingmusic.com with your order number, and we will investigate on your behalf.
Future product types
This policy currently applies to Teemill print-on-demand merchandise only. If we add digital or other physical products in future, additional return terms specific to those product types will be published on the relevant product pages.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
