These Terms of Service govern your use of the Involving Music online store at involvingmusic.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The store is operated by Involving Music, Highway Cottage, Watergore, South Petherton, TA13 5JQ, UK. Contact: hello@involvingmusic.com.

Products

All merchandise currently sold through the Involving Music store is printed and fulfilled on demand by our UK production partner, Teemill (Teemill Tech Ltd., Isle of Wight). Involving Music is the retailer of record for all orders placed through this store.

We currently offer print-on-demand merchandise only. We do not currently sell digital downloads or other physical products. If we add these in future, separate terms applicable to those product types will be published on the relevant product pages.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment card details.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example where a product is listed in error or payment cannot be processed.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy sets out when returns and refunds are accepted. As all products are made to order, we only accept returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Involving Music or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use any content from this store without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Involving Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this store or purchase of products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
