Shipping Policy
All merchandise available through the Involving Music store is produced on demand by our UK fulfilment partner, Teemill (Teemill Tech Ltd., Hooke Hill, Freshwater, Isle of Wight, PO40 9BG). Products are not held in stock — each item is individually made at the time of your order.
Production
Production begins automatically as soon as your order is placed. Almost all orders leave our UK production facility the next working day. Please allow up to 3 working days for production before dispatch.
Delivery times
The following estimated delivery times apply after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
- European Union: 5–10 working days
- International (including USA, Australia, Canada and others): 10–20 working days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. We have no control over the performance of third-party courier services and cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping rates
The following shipping rates apply (all inclusive of VAT):
- UK Standard Delivery: £4.50
- EU Delivery: £7.00
- International Delivery: £7.50
- US Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid): £15.00
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where we ship to
We ship to most countries worldwide. The full list of available delivery destinations is shown at checkout. Availability is subject to change.
Order tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Tracking information will be included where available.
Delayed or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow 28 days from your dispatch notification before reporting it as lost. Contact us at hello@involvingmusic.com with your order number and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
Future product types
This policy currently applies to Teemill print-on-demand merchandise only. If we add digital or other physical products in future, relevant shipping or delivery terms will be shown on those product pages.
